CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


For exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery we offer a returns service via our international couriers EMS or Regular Express Australia Post.


We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Garments received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Le-Stylist.

Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a store credit.


Le-Stylist will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.


Please choose your size of lingerie carefully as we do not accept returns on non faulty items.


We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.


Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via our shipping partners Australian ExpressPost and EMS Courier Service.


In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.


Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Australia.


 

HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE


In order to facilitate the return of your items you must  email us at info@le-stylist.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.



If you wish to exchange, please email us your required garment and size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock, otherwise a store credit note will be issued.

RECEIVING A REFUND

 

Credit Notes or refunds will be issued within 30 days of the garment being returned.

The credit notes can be used against future purchases at Le-Stylist and are valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Refunds will only be made if the item that was purchased was a full priced item and had no discounts on the price. The refund will be made within 30 days of the date of return. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including GST for all Australian shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside Australia.


GIFT RETURNS:


If you have received an item from Le-Stylist as a gift you can return it in exchange for a credit note to your Le-Stylist account (you will need to be registered with us). This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties


RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS ON SALE

Le-Stylist has an exchange policy only sale items. Please follow the above instructions.

For Sale items over 50% Off the original price of the garment, this is a final sale, and no exchange can be issued.
